So they may be useful in your future messaging.
You’ll see that the actual list of proven “positive” words and “negative” words is rather short, but at least it’s thought-provoking.
Some of the words are predictable.
Others are somewhat surprising.
The POSITIVES (words that usually get fast action)
• Free +2% (only 2%?)
• Freebie +26% (huh?)
• Thank you +57% (what could be better?)
• Urgent +79% (this is the one)

(* not really on the list but should be!)
The NEGATIVES (words often greeted with initial resistance)
• Cancelled –40% (or higher if spelled “canceled”)
• Helping –12% (one of the puzzlers???)
• Last chance –45% (not the same as “last call”)
• Donate –56%% (so be careful about how you ask)
• Honey, I’m home. –100%*
