I’m sure you’ve heard people talk about its value and I certainly can’t disagree.
As an educator, it’s a great way to get instant professional development and to create a personal learning network (insert standard education acronym here: PLN) with people from across the country, and even the world.
But sometimes, I feel like I can’t find the exact tweet that I want…especially when you start following more people.
Or perhaps, I want to do a Twitter chat without having to keep hitting the refresh button in my browser window (or swipe down to refresh the screen on my phone).
Maybe you’re even at a conference and you hear about this fancy #hashtag, but have a hard time keeping up with all the tweets. Or maybe you simply want to know who retweeted your tweet, followed you, or mentioned you.
Tweetdeck can do all of this. Plus it keeps everything in nice, tidy columns which is enough to make my Type-A , list-making heart happy. Want to learn more? Check out the video below!
As always, if you have questions, shoot me an email firstname.lastname@example.org … or send me a Tweet @ELucky9. You better believe I’ll have my Tweetdeck open to read it!
